It's not too late! Deadline for Employee/Recipient mailing has been extended to Feb 2nd at 12:00 PM Central. SSA has delayed the start of processing 2026 W2s due to systems updates. If your Filing Status shows Awaiting Confirmation you can be assured it was submitted timely and the status will update when the SSA has completed processing.
