Recover Your Login

Enter the email address and Main EIN that was registered with the account and designated as the Preparer EIN to recover your login information. After selecting Send Email it could take up to 30 seconds for the process to return a result.

If the email address on file with Aatrix is no longer accessible; please scan and email your updated contact information to support@aatrix.com. You can also fax to (701) 746-4393.

This must be on company letterhead and contain the following information:

1. FEIN - Federal Employer Identification Number
2. New contact name
3. New contact phone number
4. New contact email address

Once this request has been processed, we will send an email to the new contact email address.

The email will be sent from efile_system@aatrix.com. Please allow several minutes for the email to appear in your inbox. * Note it could take longer than a few minutes to receive the email. If you have not received the email after 30 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. Please be advised that successive reset attempts will void previous attempts. Please add this email address to your email contact and safe list to ensure this correspondence is received.
